snow day

well, it decided to finally act like winter around these parts. after 70 degree days in january and february, we were ready for some snow. the good news... brody and i didn't have anywhere to go. we stayed inside and watched the snow come down, baked cookies (ok, put frozen fundraiser cookies in the oven), watched disney movies and finally headed out for a short while into the snow. b wasn't too sure of the snow right away, but by the time we went in I had to drag him kicking and screaming. poor kid...he's waited almost 2 and a half years to play in snow like this! thanks again to grandma for last years snow suit and sled. It's nice that we finally got to use it!

As most of you know, running is my hobby. My last few weeks have consisted of lots of shifts at work, so I have been squeezing in my runs (and BodyPump classes) anywhere I can. Here are some photos from this weeks runs. It was a 20 mile week folks!
